How to Get an FSA/HSA Receipt for Your Order
Tykables incontinence products are generally eligible for reimbursement through your FSA or HSA. Here's how to download an itemized receipt from your order and submit it to your plan administrator.
Good to know: Adult incontinence supplies are typically FSA/HSA-eligible expenses. Some plans require a Letter of Medical Necessity (see below). Rules vary by plan, so check with your administrator if you're unsure.
What a valid FSA/HSA receipt must show
Most plan administrators require an itemized receipt — an order total alone usually isn't accepted. Our FSA / HSA invoice includes everything they look for:
- Merchant name (Tykables)
- Date of purchase
- Description of each item purchased
- Price per item and the total amount paid
- Tax breakdown and proof of payment
Step-by-step: downloading your receipt
Open your account
Click your account icon in the top-right corner of the site and open your Account. If you're logged out, sign in with the email you used at checkout.

Open your order
Select Orders, then click View on the order you need. For an older purchase, scroll down your order list to find it.
Click Download Invoice
On the order page, scroll down to the Invoice section and click Download Invoice.
Choose FSA / HSA
In the popup, choose FSA / HSA to download an itemized medical-expense receipt. Upload it to your plan's portal or attach it to your reimbursement claim. If you paid with your FSA/HSA card, keep it on file in case your administrator requests documentation.
⚠️ Some plans require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN)
If your administrator asks for one, a Letter of Medical Necessity is a short note from your healthcare provider stating that incontinence products are needed to treat a medical condition. Ask your doctor to include the diagnosis, the recommended product, and the expected duration of need. Submit it alongside your itemized receipt.
Frequently asked questions
Are Tykables products FSA/HSA eligible?
Adult incontinence products are generally considered eligible medical expenses under FSA and HSA plans. Coverage can vary, so confirm with your specific plan administrator.
Can I get a receipt for an older order?
Yes. Open your account, go to Orders, scroll to find the order, click View, then use Download Invoice → FSA / HSA.
My administrator says my receipt isn't itemized. What do I do?
Use Download Invoice → FSA / HSA on the order page rather than the order confirmation email. It produces a fully itemized medical-expense receipt with each item, price, and tax breakdown. If you still have trouble, contact us and we'll send a copy.
Do you accept FSA/HSA cards at checkout?
Yes. You can pay directly with your FSA or HSA card at checkout. We recommend downloading your itemized FSA / HSA receipt (see the steps above) and keeping it on file in case your plan administrator requests documentation.
