We wanted to update you on the status of our Waddler Pre Sale. Currently almost all orders of Large Waddlers have been shipped while we are waiting on the Mediums and XLs to be delivered to our warehouse. Our delivery company was given the wrong information on location and were unable to pick these up, once this was sorted out the containers had been moved again and stacked. We have been working to get these unstacked so that we can have them delivered and brought to our warehouse for shipping.

We wanted to update you on the status of our Waddler Pre Sale. Our shipping company is not currently showing a delay but we feel there is a very likely chance there will be an additional delay. The shipment could arrive during CAP Con (7/28-7-31) and many of our team members will be working there. If the shipment arrives during CAP Con we will have a limited number of employees still fulfilling orders and we would expect to have all Waddler pre-orders shipped out by Aug 4, 2022.
As of today we are not able to allow customers to pre-order for pick up at CAP Con. If the Waddlers arrive, we will bring them to CAP Con for purchase.
